2 cups of chopped cooked chicken, ¼ cup chopped celery, ¼ cup dried raisins, ¼ cup plain and fat-free Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise (optional), a pinch of salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper powder.
