Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Pancakes taste so yummy and Greek yogurt pancakes recipe is so easy and convenient. I assure you that, this recipe will be amazing if you cook and your family will be impressed.

Ingredients: 8 ounces of Greek yogurt, 7 teaspoon of all-purpose flower, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 2 large eggs (room temperature), ½ teaspoon vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.


Take the Greek yogurt on a medium sized mixing bowl, add all-purpose flower, sugar, baking powder and salt and gently mix them well together.

Take 2 eggs in another bowl and whisk them well with the addition of vanilla essence. Now pour the mixture into the Greek yogurt mixture and gently mix the whole mixture. Remember! Do not over mix, it is alright if there is some yellow and white combination.

Now the better is ready and put it in a pan sprayed earlier with cooking spray. Take ¼ cup of better to make 1 pancake and cook for 1 to 1 and a half minutes and flip the pancake and cook for 45 seconds more.

Your pancakes are ready and you can use syrups or fruits as toppings.


Pancakes are especially made with eggs which are a good source of protein. So, it is a healthy snack for your kids.
