Yogurt dill sauce

Garnish your fish-dish recipes with yogurt-dill sauce. The recipe is too easy and you can do it quickly with a very little preparation.

Ingredients:

1 cup plain or Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat is more preferable), 1 small clove of a garlic (nicely chopped), 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, ½ teaspoon of finely grated lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon of pepper powder and a pinch of salt.

Procedure:

In a small mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together and your yogurt-dill sauce is ready.

Dill is a herb and it has a lot of medicinal value, such as remedy for high cholesterol level, digestive tract problems, urinary tract problems, fever, lever problems etc. Also, it has a long time use in European cuisine. The addition of yogurt in dill sauce make the sauce fortified with a lot of nutrition.
